Baninni guarantees that all the products are produced conform to the European safety- and quality norms. We devote as much attention to aftercare as to service before and during purchase. That is why Baninni offers a guarantee of 2 years for every product of every collection. Within this period, all problems or malfunctions will be solved by repair, replacement of pieces or a product exchange. If you have installation problems or a product with malfunctions, please contact the reseller where you purchased the article. You need proof of purchase to make a warranty claim so make sure to always keep the proof of purchase. If the product was a gift, we would ask that the original purchaser provides you with the original receipt. How long is the warranty period?

All Baninni products have a warranty period of 2 years, starting at the day of purchase. If there is a problem with your product, the retailer will provide a solution. Repairing production errors are covered by the warranty. The warranty is not valid for exchanging or returning Baninni products.
